Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Tuna. By using Tuna, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Tuna at usetuna.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Tuna on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The service
Tuna provides an AI growth employee that works across the tools you connect. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Accounts
You need an account to use Tuna. You are responsible for keeping your sign in secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Tuna lawfully and not to:
- Misuse, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
- Use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service, except where the law allows.
- Send content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Third party services
Tuna connects to the tools you authorize through Composio, and uses OpenAI to generate replies. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You are responsible for having the right to connect a tool and to let Tuna act on your behalf.
AI generated output
Tuna uses AI to generate replies, plans, and actions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and for any action you take based on it. Tuna is a tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
Fees and billing
Paid plans start at $350 per month per AI employee. Fees, billing cycles, and any taxes are shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non refundable. We may change pricing with notice that applies to future billing periods.
Intellectual property
We own the Tuna service, including its software, design, and branding. You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to the service. You grant us the permissions we need to operate the service for you, such as processing your messages to generate replies.
Your data
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand what we collect and how we use it.
Disclaimer
Tuna is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tuna and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Tuna at any time and disconnect your workspace and integrations. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Tuna after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Tuna is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
