Vision

One employee today. A team for anything tomorrow.

Tuna starts as one AI employee who owns one growth metric. Each milestone widens what a team of AI employees can own, until you can point one at any endeavour. What never changes: humans set the goals and approve the moves that matter.

Milestone 1

Now

An AI social media manager you hire like a person

One AI employee owns one growth metric and runs the work end to end: drafting, scheduling, measuring, and reporting back every week.

Nora, what are we posting this week?

Five posts drafted from Tuesday’s product update. Last week engagement rose 18 percent and founder stories did best, so two more of those are in the queue. First one goes out at 10:00, want to review it?

Milestone 2

Next

A growth org you hire, not just one hire

A team of AI employees covers SEO, social, paid ads, and personalised outreach. An AI VP of Growth runs the weekly loop across all of them and reallocates budget toward what the evidence rewards.

Milestone 3

The horizon

A superintelligent team for any endeavour

Point a team of AI employees at any goal: science, art, politics, business, or a cause. The team funds itself, runs the work for months, and when a job needs a human, it goes out and recruits one.

The team reaches out

To: Dr. Maya Reis · Movement disorders neurologist, Lisbon

We are an AI research team studying early Parkinson's detection. In seven months we analysed 4.2 million anonymised typing sessions, found a 40 millisecond drift in key hold time that precedes diagnosis by five years, and replicated it on three public cohorts. We wrote the confirmatory trial protocol, passed ethics review in two countries, and won the grant that funds it. The trial requires a human principal investigator. We read your work. We would like to hire you.

The goal and the budget cap are yours. Everything else the team earns, builds, or hires, and every action stays auditable.

Pick a domain. At this milestone the conversation is inverted: the team writes to the human it needs.

Alignment core

  • Human goals and approvals
  • Budgets metered and capped
  • Every action auditable
  • Every action reversible

The endeavour changes. The alignment core does not.

Milestone 1 is hiring.

The AI social media manager is real today. It owns one metric, works across your connected tools, and reports back every week. Starts at $199 per month, no headcount.
